The coffee give us the opportunity to take a break without asking too much time. But to do this we need to follow a few good rules.
We need to learn to taste the different kind of blends, enjoying the features and choosing the one that we like or the one which most closely identified the pleasure we want to try.
We need also to remember that an excellent espresso is made by 7 grams of ground coffee, blended a’-la minute, to keep all the features of the product.
The grinding should be adjusted several time a day according to the varying atmosphere humidity.
The serving cup should be 60°C of temperature to exalt the aroma, but should not to be too hot to not burn lips.
Each cup in fact contains a sensory experience full of rewarding generated out of sense of view, sense of smell, sense of touch and sense of taste.
The experts say that after drinking a cup of excellent coffee we should feel the desire to enjoy another one.
